Comenius Biletaral project partner need

This partnership includes two schools from ………. and Turkey.Among the participating students there are some belonging to ethnic minorities and some with social and economical problems (living with just one parent, with unstable, difficult poor family backgrounds )

The project proposes on the themes of: European Citizenship, civic education immigration and Cultural Diversity. It aims to analyse these phenomenon in great depth and provide tools for intervention using  education to implement the process of social inclusion that gives value to cultural diversities for a future of mutual understanding and increased acceptance through learning and opportunity.

We think that ensuring the quality of starts with building up tolerance in the minds and souls of our students and this can only be acquired through knowledge. Setting an intercultural dialogue and promoting cooperation between schools in different European countries are the main reasons for partnership within the project.

The partners in this project intend to realize a wide range of didactic materials; an informative guide and a curriculum for an optional course for educates the pupils in the spirit of a more active participation at the civic life.

The pupils and teachers involved the project will participate at meetings, discussion forums and workshops based on brainstorming and different other activities in the purpose of realising a comparative analysis between their national elective systems and the European one. The finals results will be stocked in a CD and will consist of didactic materials, questionnaires, a didactic guide and a curriculum for an optional course with the subject proposed by the present project.
